Repeat of hotdog and chips.

I baked two more pie pumpkins and have the puree ready for pies.I need to make more pie crusts.I've never made a galette, thinking of making one with apples.

I had a steak and Caesar salad tonight. Our first day of cold here we had a low of 36*-F this morning and high of 61*F- this afternoon.

Stewed squash,black eyed peas and cucumber salad.

I had leftover steak and mushrooms and onions.

My niece's daughter called her yesterday to wish her Happy Birthday and before she hung up she asked me if I'd bake her my coconut custard pie so I took 2 pie crusts from the freezer and made 2 pies, one for my niece and one for her daughter.They turned out very good looking.My niece is always wanting me to make her pies so tonight I got them all measured out but told her how to do them.She was happy to learn even though she is 64 years old.I know she'll never make a pie crust but maybe she'll bake her next pie... crossing my fingers.

I cooked a special supper for my niece... chuck eye steak ,baked sweet potato sauteed mushrooms and onions and Caesar salad. It was great.

Today is my nieces Birthday and I baked her favorite Cherry Pie ,just waiting on it to cool.

I was out and about today with my niece and we had chips and hotdogs with slaw.

I had a ham and tomato sandwich with chips.Tangy pickle Doritos they are so good.My niece wanted Raisin Bran Crunch.

My niece had Dairy Queen chicken basket and fries I had a sandwich and chips.

I was out shopping with my friend and we had Waffle House for lunch so a banana and yogurt for my supper.
BakerAunt I'm repeating many meals here as it's just me now.My niece is coming for a visit tomorrow and I'm looking forward to some precious time with her.
