Mike I love chicken pot pie...yours looks very good.
I made this icebox lemon pie but put meringue on top and it turned just like my mom use to make.I'm one happy lady.The only thing I forgot to bake my graham cracker crust for 10 min but my mom never baked her crust so I knew it'd be ok.I cut it just awhile ago and it's perfect..not running out in the plate.Happy here.
We had roasted chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce, baked potato and lemon pie.

I cooked some venison backstrap cutting it up like stew beef and made gravy, rice ,leftover stewed squash and buttermilk biscuits.
I baked buttermilk biscuits.
I baked the chewy peanut butter cookies.
I picked up some pulled pork from a local BBQ and had fries and coleslaw to go with it.
We had Taco Salad tonight.
Yesterday we had leftover chili and froze the other container, tonight we had venison backstrap with gravy, rice and creamed corn.
Tonight we had chargrilled chicken, baked potato and cooked carrots.
We had oyster stew tonight.
We have a great friend that keeps us in venison, he's a hunter but they cook very little.He gave us some little sausage that was the same as a Slim Jim and we love those with cheese and crackers.I have hamburger,backstrap,cube steak and sausages some with cheese and some with blueberries.
We had fried cubed pork, stewed squash and thickened potatoes.
I made a half recipe of my sour cream pound cake toady and baked it in a 9x5 pan and it worked well.
I made a pot of venison chili, leftovers will go in the freezer.
