I knew a lady that told me she used her potato peeler to peel the back of celery because of the strings and I've done this ever since especially for chicken salad and salads, I don't for cooked celery like in soups.I also like cream cheese and crushed pineapple in celery, good stuff.

I made a no bake peanut butter pie. I couldn't find a chocolate pie crust ready made so I bought Walmart brand of Oreo's and ground them added some butter and pressed them in pan and baked 10 minutes.We'll see how it tastes tomorrow.
