Those pizzas look great, Mike!
I made a boneless chicken thigh. I chopped up some tomatoes and simmered it with the tomatoes. Had it with pasta and kale.
Normally, I would never have bought the Terra Cotta tomato. I was ordering some things from Gardeners Supply and saw they offered a few tomato plants so I included one in my order. It arrived deader than a doornail so I let them know. They offered the Terra Cotta as a replacement because the one I had ordered was no longer available.
Not sure what happened, my attachments didn't work out as planned.
Now it looks like it worked.

The Mountain Magic have been perfect, no splitting or blossom end rot.
Here is a pic of today's haul.
Here's another view of them.

I plan on making the same thing tonight. Chocomouse, bring dessert and we'll share.
Happy anniversary, BakerAunt!
I made a stir fry with some shrimp, left over steak, broccoli, carrot, kale and asparagus. Seasoned it with grated ginger, sesame seed oil and soy sauce. I could have put more kale in there but it was picture perfect.

In my area, I have Amazon Fresh, which is fresh groceries delivered. Last week I ordered a layer cake, which they sell frozen. Even though some genius thought it was OK to pack the cake upside down, since it was frozen it actually arrived in real good shape. Even the frosting flowers on the top were mostly undamaged.
I am making a batch of rye/semolina/wheat sandwich buns today.
I put some NY strip steaks and hot Italian sausage on the bbq yesterday. Had it with BRM instant mashed potatoes and broccoli and carrot.
I have one beefsteak tomato plant. It has been growing well with lots of flowers but I haven't seen any tomatoes on it. The other day when I was watering it I thought I saw a patch of red in the middle of it, near the bottom. I peered in and to my delight saw a nice big red tomato!
It weighs in at nearly a pound, 15.5 ounces.
