Made apple pie jelly this time. Added some boiled cider and apple pie spice. Easy to make and really does taste like apple pie.

Just took a 10 inch cheesecake out of the oven. Took 6 8 oz jars of apple pie jelly out of the water bath and the tops are popping. Lovely sound.

I used to see a lot of deer in my yard and surrounding area. Wasting disease is killing them. Awful.
