Had radiatori pasta with pesto and a little tomato sauce.

I made that tonda/roman style dough. It was very thin but good. I put sauce, cheese, pepperoni and pesto on it. I did like that it wasn't so bready.

Nice prime rib, Mike. My husband loved it and I would make it med rare a couple times a year.
Had salmon topped with mustard and scallions and zucchini. I wrap it in foil and bake for 28 minutes.
Got the KAF pizza book from the library and am very impressed. I plan on making the tonda/roman style dough that Mike made. Probably this weekend.

Shrimp stir fry with frozen stir fry vegetables, extra broccoli, can of water chestnuts and baby corn.
Been cleaning out the pantry and threw a bunch of expired stuff away. So I'm trying to use up what I have before it expires.I follow thesaltedsweets on ig and baked her Sprinkle Sugar Cookies for the 2nd time.

Mike, some things I bake on silpat and others on parchment. I have notes in my recipes which to use because, you're right, not all are equal.
Baked a no knead loaf this morning--not sourdough. I did the sourdough route for a while in the 90s. First of all, sourdough is way too needy for me what with all that discarding and feeding. It's like having a kid! Lol. Secondly, I'm not particularly fond of sourdough so why do it?
