Yesterday made a thin crust pizza with the frozen tonda/roman-style dough. Put some fresh basil from the garden on it.
Made a coconut cake 2 days ago and onion buns yesterday for sandwiches and hamburgers.
Yesterday ate leftover ribs and potato salad. Grilled cheese for dinner today and baked cauliflower steaks spiced up for lunch.

Made 2 quarts of yogurt and potato salad for tomorrow. Had sauerkraut and weisswurt for lunch. I'm still using up stuff in the freezer and pantry. I took a bunch of food to the town food pantry yesterday.
Baked cinnamon chip scones this morning.
Had radiatori pasta with pesto and a little tomato sauce.

I made that tonda/roman style dough. It was very thin but good. I put sauce, cheese, pepperoni and pesto on it. I did like that it wasn't so bready.

Nice prime rib, Mike. My husband loved it and I would make it med rare a couple times a year.
Had salmon topped with mustard and scallions and zucchini. I wrap it in foil and bake for 28 minutes.
