I made a stir fry tonight consisting of carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms, broccoli, chicken, seasoned with garlic, ginger, sesame seed oil and soy sauce. Had it with brown rice.
I paid $4.89 today for a dozen of organic omega 3 eggs from Amazon. I checked my order history, in May of this year I paid $4.79 for the same eggs. A small increase.
The lowest price I could find on Amazon Fresh for eggs is $2.99 for a dozen of cage free, large white.

I made a meatloaf today that's about to go into the oven. I used half ground beef and ground pork. And now that I'm thinking about it I forgot to put the parsley in it. I have some pasta sauce left so I'll have pasta with it and maybe Brussel sprouts.
I roasted a boneless chicken breast, sweet potato and an apple.
I had pizza and chicken veg soup.
That bread looks great, Mike.
I made pizza dough the other day, enough for 3 thin crust pies. I used equal parts of semolina, duram, whole wheat and AP flours. So the past 2 nights I had pizza. Will make the final one tonight.
Last night I made salmon on the BBQ, applewood smoke chips for additional flavor. I have enough for today's lunch and dinner. I had it with noodles, mushrooms and red cabbage.

I'll be making a double cheeseburger (provolone) tonight (2.5 ounce patties, each), and I have a big salad made up. A medium baked potato will round it out.
Made a boneless pork chop, had it with Brussels sprouts, carrots and pasta.
