Tonight we had stewed squash with onions,green beans and baked ham.

Today I baked a loaf of cinnamon bread from KAF instead of potato flakes I subbed one half cup of mashed potatoes and used potato water I saved from potatoes I had earlier this week.I had to add a little more flour but my loaf was very good,the swirl was perfect I did double the cinnamon.Since it was about a cup more flour I baked in a 9x5 pan and it was over top of the pan after baked and held up no squishing when turned out.Happy here!

I baked a ham,fresh broccoli and cheese with a baked potato.The ham was almost 7 pounds so we'll have lots of ham sandwiches,stir fry's etc.

No real cooking here today,chicken noodle soup out of the can and grilled cheese sandwich.

I clean as I go,when we finish eating I have very few dishes to do,pots and pans and wipe down.And please don't tell me to wait,I want it done now.

I baked a spice cake today from the site Len told us about Jenny can cook.I'm happy with the results,8 inch cake only one layer and it's very good frosted with cream cheese icing.Not very sweet but sweet enough I think the cake had 1 & 1/4 cup flour to 2/3 cup sugar.We liked it.

Chocomouse I know you're happy with the pie crust that's alot to be happy about!

Pets are special wow 18 yrs for a cat,definitely part of the family!
Yesterday I made taco salad and tonight we had dry lima beans,rice,corn bread and I fried a slice of Spam.
