Eggplant parm tonight. Going to bread and bake the eggplant instead of frying it. Never baked it before but it should come out ok. Not in the mood for a frying mess!
Salmon baked in foil with scallions, tomatoes, dill, butter on top. Plus, sprinkled on some penzeys justice spice. Homemade applesauce, salad, garlic bread. The hub had some fries, too. He also had a glob of ricotta instead of applesauce. π
Hey, chocomouse! As they say, the check is in the mail. Lol. Yeah, I do know there is no grade b anymore. Last year the farmers market person told me that. Duh. I still call it grade b. Anyway, there's a lot of amber here but not so much A dark robust. I'm currently using my last one so I was thrilled to see your post. Again, thanks alot!! We had pancakes for dinner a couple days ago. Always a fun meal. I put it on my ice cream, too.
Would love some, too, if any is left. I use only grade b which has been harder to find here lately. I sent an email. Thanks so much, chocomouse!
Wow, really good price, BakerAunt. Are you sure 3 is enough?!π

Yikes! Stay safe cwcdesign! My friend got covid from her son's 2 yr old (who had no symptoms) because the mother (Ex girlfriend who is 26 yrs younger than him π) went to her brother's wedding where no one was wearing a mask. 100 people there. So my friend's son got it, she got it, her 2 other granddaughters (16 and 20), her daughter-in-law. My friend is 75. She had aches, chills, sore throat, fever. But is well now, thank God. Her 1st day out of quarantine was election day. People are so stupid not wearing masks and social distancing. It's scary.
Mom and I had hamburgers with lettuce, tomato and raw onion on the ww bread I baked this morning. The hub had steak and fries.
And I used white whole wheat flour and natural creamy pb.
I copied the url and the picture shows. Tap the pic and it'll take you to the website.
Looked at the recipe again. No water. Just pumpkin, peanut butter, eggs and ww flour. I made half the recipe because I made small biscuits and it made alot. I put most of them in the freezer after baking and take some out when I need them. I ate a couple. Lol. Dry but not too bad.
Thanks, I'll look them up! Didn't even know they existed.
That's one of the perks of being retired. You can eat when you want, sleep when you want, spend all day doing what you want!! π
Crustless quiche with ham in it. Salad on the side.
I knew Sunday school would come in handy one day! Got it right.
Unfortunately, there is no cure for stupid.
