So this week was grilled Huli Huli chicken and pizza. Also made burritos. Corn on the cob and mushrooms with the chicken and guacamole with the burritos. Sunday was probably not the best day to stand over the kettles as it was ridiculously hot and humid here. It was only to turn (huli) the chicken and pull the pizza off so it wasn't as nasty as it could have been.

Thanks for the updated listing Mike. I missed a few of brianjwood's recipes. All are now posted. I also missed 1 of dvdlee's. I got that posted this morning too.

I'm glad I'm able to help out. The thought of all this knowledge just disappearing into the vacuum was a huge motivator to save as much as possible. I still have a long way to go with posting. I've got a ton of threads I haven't even looked at yet since I've been mostly posting recipes.

Bakeraunt - I search for the name of the original poster before I add anything. There were only a few for janiebakes so I went ahead and posted the rest of them. I don't think I duplicated the ones already here. At least I tried not to.

So here's a question. I have the FAQ's all saved. Where should they be posted? They aren't really threads and they aren't recipes so I wasn't sure where to put them.

I just posted the "Halving Bundt Cake Recipes" thread. Lots of good info.

Just finished posting recipes from cowgirl, chiara, cooksgirl, danator02 and elmojabr. The recipe count is climbing!

Mike - could you run an updated list when you get a few minutes? Thanks!

This week was ribs and steaks on the grill. Assorted veggies and garlic bread for sides. The leftover steak made good sandwiches with provolone cheese and roasted peppers.

This week we had spicy grilled chicken for tacos and pork tenderloin. Both are quick grilling which is nice once in awhile. I made cheesy mashed potatoes and broccoli as sides for the pork.

I have both. It took forever to set up the recipe file on my computer but now I have folders for categories and everything gets filed in its category. The key was to make the categories meaningful to me so I would know where to look.

There are some that I have paper only (four binders worth) and eventually I will scan them so I have them electronically too.

I think I found what you were looking for. Kidpizza talks about bleached flour and fats in the Imput needed please! white cake thread which I posted.

I corrected it. As I have been posting recipes, I want to make practically everything. There are some I have forgotten and posting brought them back to the forefront.

Easy baking this week. I made the nestle toll house pan cookie but I used red white and blue M&M's instead of the chocolate chips. Every now and again I will use M&M's instead of the chips in the pan cookie for something different.
