I made a apricot cream cheese coffee cake and a banana crumb coffee cake for a church function. The banana cake was a first time bake. It was pretty good and I will make it again.

I use rosemary in my marinade for lamb - olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and oregano. I have a wonderful rosemary-thyme bread recipe that I always make when going to someone's new home. I will post it.

Rosemary is supposed to be a perennial but mine never comes back. All that does are my chives. My herbs are all potted so I think that may have something to do with it. All the pots live on the plant stand right outside my kitchen door so I all I have to do is go out with the scissors and snip when I need them.

Still working on brianjwood. Bakeraunt, if you email me the recipes for annabelle's lair with the pictures I will take a crack at uploading them. I have the recipes too but not the pictures. I copied and pasted as text so the pictures did not save.

I have all of brianjwood's recipes. I'm trying to work alphabetically so I can keep straight what I already posted. I'm still in the B's. I will probably start brianjwood tomorrow morning.

I have lots of threads to go as well. I posted some but then switched back to recipes.

I just posted the big loaf of challah thread. I wasn't positive this morning that I saved it but I did at the last minute.

I've been getting it too. I did join Kathy's group after the old BC went down but never posted anything. I would be hesitant to click on anything in these emails. I just keep blocking the sender.

                Keep us posted on Cindy.

I should have had my tea before I started posting this morning. I uploaded some of bocca's recipes in the old bc thread category. Mike - can you delete them from there so I can re-post where they belong? Sorry to make more work for you.

I have all of Mrs. Cindy's recipes. I will post them. I didn't realize until after I posted BigLakeJudy's molasses cookie recipe it was out there already. I've been trying to upload for an hour or so every morning. I don't think I actually made a dent yet.

I saved it. I just posted it. I also have frick's recipe in Italian for the rolls. I'll post that too.

Wonky - I did some searching in all the recipes and threads I saved looking for your recipes. I posted two threads that talk about your Amish White Bread and a recipe for Soft Honey Buns. Those are the only things I have.

I did a google search and found a cached version of your personal page at the BC. There were no recipes posted there. If you had member recipes in your personal recipe box we wouldn't have been able to save them because we wouldn't have access to them.

If you can tell me what you had saved there is a good chance that between all of us that saved recipes we can recreate it for you. I have over 2000 files saved from the BC. I'm hoping what you had is among them. Please let me know and I will post them and/or send them to you.

A separate forum is a good idea. I think it would be easier to locate specific threads. I saved them all with the name from the bc and "thread" at the end of the file name so I could sort them together. There are some recipes I can start as they are on my home computer. I was thinking to start with dvdlee's.

The grills were fired up again. We had cheeseburgers and BBQ chicken with corn on the cob. I also made a small bowl of macaroni salad for another side. For something different during the week, the BBQ chicken breast was sliced and we had flatbread sandwiches. Goes quicker after work to just reheat than to cook from scratch.

I had plethora of overripe bananas so I made 3 loaves of banana bread. 1 for breakfast and the other two went in the freezer for later.

Wonky - I need to check both computers to see if I saved yours. If I don't Zen does.

Swirth - I have bookbags recipes in a few different threads. I think I also have the chocolate cake thread.

I have 2 hours to kill every morning before work so I saved a ton there. I need to merge the folders together from each computer. Then I can start to load them. They are all word 2010 documents. To save as much as possible I copied and pasted. Nothing is pretty but that is fixable.

I learned how to make pasta by hand from my grandmother. She got out the board and set it up on the kitchen table. She would put flour in the middle of it and make a well for the eggs and water. The eggs all went it at the same time. One hand worked the flour and the eggs and the other poured water a little at time until the dough came together. It was shaped into a ball and rested for about 5 minute. Then she got what we kids referred to as the ravioli stick. In reality it was a cut off broom handle sanded smooth. It was a wedding gift from her father. The dough would get cut in half and then rolled very thin to fill the board. Filling then got spooned on and the dough flipped over to be cut into ravioli. Leftover dough would get re-rolled and cut into "strips" for the littlest kids to eat. The first time I did it by myself my hands were a mess. The dough came out right but it took me a long time to get the knack of only using one hand to mix the dough. I'm still using gram's wedding gift to roll my pasta.
