We had spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic toast.
I've not posted since our son and his girlfriend came in Mother's day and left Wednesday.We had a very relaxing time and just enjoyed each other.I had cooked a lot ahead of time and we just sat around on the porch,did some grilling etc.We'd never met the girlfriend and she was really nice and didn't feel like a stranger in the house.I hope each of you had a great Mother's Day.

Tonight we had BBQ'd chicken breast on the grill with baked beans and slaw.
I made a Blueberry Yum Yum dessert and a small chocolate cake for when our son and his girlfriend gets in tomorrow.The chocolate cake stuck to my pan(I didn't have the pan grease made up)so I greased it well with crisco and then floured.It stuck in several spots around the edge but I dug it out and iced it anyway.It's just a cake.I was tempted to do a trifle but didn't.
I grilled marinated chicken breast,that was it.We've been doing alot of cleaning and getting ready for our son and his girlfriend,they're coming in Sunday and will be here a few days.We're so excited!

We had find whatever you want tonight I had a chicken sandwich,husband went got him a BBQ sandwich.

We had fried cubed pork,leftover green lima beans and thickened potatoes.
We had hamburgers and fries last night.My sister was put in the hospital with really bad COPD so I made a trip to Tallahassee,Fla. to see her.She didn't look good but my niece said she looked better than the day before.
We went out tonight.My husband had steak I had fried grouper.
I have no plans of trying fake beef.

I make up a small amount of the pan grease and keep it in pantry,like Mike ,mine will separate and will have to stir it back together but it's awesome.
I reheated leftover smoked chicken and a pork chop,made fresh macaroni and cheese,leftover baked beans and fresh salad.
