I made a very small peach cobbler just for two.I used a 1 qt. small casserole dish put half a stick of butter,let that melt in oven,then mixed 1/3 cup each of self rising flour,milk,and sugar,poured that over the butter then put about a cup of fresh peaches with a little sugar,sprinkled cinnamon on top and baked about 40 min. @ 350*.Turned out perfect and no leftovers.
We had leftovers of pork tenderloin,green butter beans ,creamed corn and I fried fresh green tomatoes and baked a small peach cobbler.

Today we had BBQ chicken in the pot with BBQ gravy to go over rice and we had garden pea salad.
Tonight we had BLT'S with fries....easy!
I put all my leftover fresh vegs together and made soup and we had a sandwich with it.
I baked a box of brownies,I've not baked in awhile.
We had spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic toast,brownie for dessert.
We had smoked bacon,baked sweet potatoes,fried eggplant and sliced tomatoes.
Tonight we had smoked sausage,macaroni and cheese,green butter beans and sliced tomatoes.
We had baked chicken,fresh creamed corn and leftover zipper peas & okra and sliced tomatoes.

Cwcdesign,I love angel food cake.I've never made one from scratch but my sister can make a good one.The only one I've ever made was with a mix and you add a can of crushed pineapple that's it,no egg whites or anything else.
