I baked a cold oven cream cheese pound cake today and it turned out great, my oven baked it just right.I'll be taking part of this tomorrow to my sister and we've already gave a lot away to our neighbors.
Tonight I baked a pork tenderloin, peas with snaps and candied sweet potatoes and cream cheese pound cake for dessert.
It's fend for yourself tonight...I had hotdog, my husband made him a tomato sandwich and a can of bean soup.
Tonight we had chili from the freezer,ladeled that over a hotdog with cheese and onion my husband had fries with his too.
We had char grilled chicken that I marinated in Italian dressing,baked sweet potato and green butter beans.
We had Sloppy Joe meat on top of mashed potatoes with cooked carrots on the side.
We had fried pork chops,mac-n-cheese and leftover zipper peas.

I boiled a large chicken breast,added some better than bouillon paste and shredded it when it was tender,saved half for another meal and added a small package of yellow rice and it was so good,we had green beans seasoned with smoked bacon.
We had sausage,fresh zipper peas and potato salad.
We have had an abundance of rain and it's rained off and on all day and the forecast next 3 or 4 days looks the same.
I made cinnamon rolls today and my oven worked fine...yay...but my dough didn't rise as well as it usually does but the taste was very good and I shared a small pan with our friends.I'll definitely be baking more now.
