A small batch of cinnamon rolls made from the Amish sourdough starter.
      Yield: 6 rolls

      1 cup Amish Starter
      1 cup flour
      1 teaspoon baking powder
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1/3 cup butter
      ***********
      2 tablespoons margarine, softened
      1/2 cup sugar
      1 teaspoon cinnamon

Make a dough of the first 5 ingredients.

Roll into a square and spread with margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Roll like a jellyroll, slice and place in a buttered 8" round pan. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
      DO NOT LET DOUGH RISE.

Ice while warm with confectioner's sugar moistened with a little milk or water. Add vanilla.

      Spread the word
