I am making a batch of rye/semolina/wheat sandwich buns today.
I put some NY strip steaks and hot Italian sausage on the bbq yesterday. Had it with BRM instant mashed potatoes and broccoli and carrot.
I have one beefsteak tomato plant. It has been growing well with lots of flowers but I haven't seen any tomatoes on it. The other day when I was watering it I thought I saw a patch of red in the middle of it, near the bottom. I peered in and to my delight saw a nice big red tomato!
It weighs in at nearly a pound, 15.5 ounces.

I made a batch of my sandwich buns today as I was down to my last bun. In this hot weather I haven't been doing too much of a preheat for the oven and the buns have been baking up great anyway.
