Cheese enchiladas and refried beans from a can of pintos.
We roasted a turkey for Sunday dinner. I made broth from the giblets and used some in Pepperidge Farm Blue Bag dressing (my last bag). I took applesauce out of the freezer. We also had microwaved fresh broccoli.
We spent much of the afternoon packing things up at my wife's office, since she's retiring on Friday. So we picked up sandwiches for a late lunch and decided to put the pizza off until tomorrow.
But I picked a 13.8 ounce Celebrity + tomato and we used that to make tuna melts.
We are definitely doing the 2nd pizza tonight.

Crab stuffed salmon with broccoli. This was a premade dinner from Publix and it was delicious.

I took some rotisserie chicken out of the freezer and had it with spaghetti, sugar snap peas and carrot.
We had salads with tuna fish tonight.
I had a stuffed pepper that I took from the freezer.
I made muddled mashed potatoes on Wednesday, using the potatoes Scott harvested from one of our four potato plants in the garden. We had some mashed potatoes with more roast turkey and gravy tonight, along with microwaved frozen lima beans. We have enough mashed potatoes to warm up to go with dinner tomorrow.
I have been on the go all day so it's a grilled cheese sandwich and potato chips.
Just back from a week camping in Maine, so it was mostly leftovers from my husband's meal plan when I was away; but I did have a salmon patty and fresh yellow squash and zucchini from the garden,
Leftover roast beef sandwich and chips
