Expired Date on Lemon Curd Jar

In sorting through my pantry, I found a jar of lemon curd with a 2019 expiration date. It is not yellow but a golden brown.

Should I find a use for it or toss it?

I would toss it especially since it changed color. It probably doesn't taste too good, either.
