King Arthur Harvest Grains Have Changed

I noticed that King Arthur's Harvest Grains blend is no longer the same. They no longer include the malted wheat flakes. Indeed, there are not many flakes of any kind of grains, although rye and wheat are listed; the rest is oat groats and small seeds, and not as many sunflower seeds. When I baked my Rustic Sourdough recently, I added some of their 6-grain rolled flakes blend to bring it closer to what I recall.

I wish that King Arthur would tell us when they make a change instead of doing it quietly. Maybe most people don't notice, but I do notice a change in taste and texture with the change.
