What a great bunch of dinners! We had potato soup for lunch yesterday, shrimp stir fry for dinner and I made pizza for dinner tonight. I always use Shaboom's pizza dough recipe.
Made pepper jelly with all the peppers my neighbor gave me from her garden. Gave her 4 jars. It was sweet, not hot. I had it on chicken and it was delicious.
Apple pie looks great! Joan, your banana bread and cookies look so good! I made your sour cream coffee cake this morning. It's still hot so I'll have to wait to have a piece later.
Dinner tonight is not low cal mac & cheese with bacon in it. I use cheddar, provolone, American and parmesan cheeses -- basically whatever I have on hand and cavatappi pasta.
