Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic toast.
Missed it.
I might give that sourdough cinnamon roll a try BakerAunt.
I got my sourdough starter fed twice yesterday so I mixed up a batch of sourdough last night but subbed in a cup of whole wheat,it was great when I cut it this afternoon. I usually do one loaf at a time but I usually add more starter than called for, recipe calls for 1/2 cup but I generally add about about 3/4 cup.Crumb was good and light.
I went and got BBQ from a local place called "Smoking Pig",awesome smoked chicken, corn on the cob, fried okra, and baked beans. We get one plate and share ,more than enough for us.

Got it.But I did like the information on the gases it makes mixing with other chemicals.I know one time many years ago I messed up cleaning something in the bathroom with bleach and some kind of cleaner.I had to get out of that room and let the windows up,never again.
We had breakfast for supper smoked sausage, rice and eggs with toast.
Got it.
Today I made stew beef with onions, potatoes and carrots and we had carrot and raisin salad.
I cut the sourdough bread this morning for toast-excellent!Happy here.A very good sourdough taste but lighter than the previous ones, good crumb.
Got it.

I made my sourdough up last night letting it rise on counter overnight, kneaded it and panned it up this morning and let rise.It took about 3-4 hours for last rise and baked up very nice and light. Will cut it tomorrow.I know one thing for sure, keeping that starter up makes a big difference.
