I cooked some dry lima beans,rice and cubed pork,soaked some diced onion in vinegar to put atop rice and limas,so good.Enough limas and rice for soup one day soon.

I made beef BBQ from a Mississippi pot roast I had in the freezer,baked beans and coleslaw,My husband didn't like the BBQ.He didn't like the roast the first time so I was hoping....sigh.Oh well at least I tried.Now I'll have several sandwiches of BBQ for me.
