I got it also.
We also went shopping today and at Target they were limiting toilet paper to 4 packs and other things also.I couldn't get any bleach but found some at Publix, breads and canned goods were getting cleaned out as well.I like bleach for cleaning counter tops etc.Have any of you ever used hydrogen peroxide for cleaning?I was reading a post about that somewhere. We should be OK for awhile with what we have.My prayers to each of you to stay well and praying "this too shall pass".One of my mother in laws favorite saying.
Yesterday my husband had hamburger steak and french fries and I had roast on bread.
Today we had Mexican casserole with bread and butter.

Skeptic I like to plump raisins in a little rum in microwave just a minute then I usually use that liquid in whatever I'm making..fruit salad, carrot salad,or cinnamon buns.
Tonight I marinated a chicken breast in Italian dressing then grilled in pan till browned on one side flipped and added softened onions and then poured the dressing over it all and cooked till done, with that we had thickened potatoes and steamed broccoli and cheese sauce.
Skeptic your black bean soup sounds good.

I agree BakerAunt about the leftovers and cooking for two.
I tried a new recipe Mississippi pot roast cooked in crock pot.It was good,my husband said he liked my regular roast better. This had a package of ranch dressing dry,a package of Au Jus,a half stick of butter ,about 6 pepperoncini peppers and a half cup of the juice from peppers, all this was just sprinkled on top and cooked for 6-8 hours, when I tested it was still tough so I turned it on high for 2 more hours and at that time I could pull it apart. It was good but on the spicy side.We had this with rice and cooked dry lima beans and corn bread muffins.
Very interesting.
