I didn't cook a Easter dinner,we had a hamburger my husband had soup I had chips.
Just had leftovers of spaghetti & meat sauce with garlic toast.
I baked a london broil in my roasting pan with golden mushroom soup over it and sprinkled with dry onions,a little water and sprinkled the roast with vinegar pepper sauce,a dash of worcestershire it was baked low and slow and was very tender.Rice, sliced tomatoes and green butterbeans on the side.Enough roast for another meal.I baked half a roast as a whole one is too much for the two of us.
We had hamburger steaks and home cut fries.
Tonight we had salmon patties,cole slaw and cheese grits.

Tonight we had BBQ from the leftover pork roast,baked beans and a baked sweet potato.
I baked a loaf of cinnamon swirl raisin bread from Betty Crocker site today,it's OK but I'd rather use the one from Jennycancook or the KAF one.I cut it in half today and shared with my sister-in-law.
