Today I fried cubed steak,made gravy,sour cream mashed potatoes and heated a can of okra,corn and tomatoes that was seasoned with a dab of bacon grease.The canned vegetable was good and we put it over the mashed potatoes.
My sister was sent back to nursing home and they are treating the pneumonia and she seems better.Thanks for prayers.

Tonight we had BLT"S and fries.

We had scrambled eggs,sausage and toast for supper.
My sister was transferred to Tallahassee hospital,they did ex-ray she has pneumonia.

Thanks all for the well wishes for my sister but it's not looking good.
My plans changed today.I was suppose to visit my sister,she called said she didn't feel like she could sit up outside and they were going to x-ray her chest thinking it may be pneumonia.We talked a couple times today.My sisters breathing is getting much worse and she's very sad,it breaks my heart.
So we went grocery shopping.I found everything I needed,did notice some prices quite high.Publix had the cosmic crisp apples two pounds for $6.99 that was 3 apples,I walked right on by.KAF -5 # AP flour was $3.39
at Target.After grocery shopping we went to eat at a local buffet,was very good.No cooking here tonight.

I made another batch of sugar cookies, taking them to my sister tomorrow .I have an appointment to see her outside of the nursing home tomorrow.I called and they said I couldn't come in but she'd be allowed outside.
We had chicken potpie with a lettuce and tomato salad with mayonnaise.

I baked a small pan of corn bread today.
Cwcdesign your pasta dish sounds very good.
Tonight we had fried chicken,blackeyed peas,rice & tomato gravy and I made corn bread.I use sour cream in my corn bread also.
Prayers for your wife Mike sure hope she gets better soon.
When I make macaroni and cheese I use sour cream instead of milk.
Tonight I baked the rest of the pork tenderloin,thickened potatoes and green beans.
