Last night we had fried pork chops,steamed cabbage and macaroni and cheese.
I know how that feels to not have a good seal after all the work of canning,hope it seals up tonight Mike.
Tonight we had left over roast and gravy from the freezer and with that we had mashed sour cream potatoes and fried okra.

I baked two loaves of banana bread today,will gift one to somebody.
I boiled a half chicken and some backs I had frozen for chicken stock put all the meat in the dressing used leftover corn bread and made chicken-n-dressing,with that we had green butter beans and leftover macaroni salad and beets and canned cranberry sauce.Enough leftovers for another meal later in the week.

We had char grilled chicken breast that I marinated in Italian dressing,macaroni salad,pickled beets,and leftover peas with snaps.
I baked a small peach cobbler today.
We had smoked pork chop, rice and tomato gravy, lima beans, corn bread and fresh peach cobbler.

Tonight we had Beef stew on top of corn bread.
Tonight I pan fried some cubed pork,candied sweet potatoes and green beans,cobbler for dessert.
Pear cobbler is in the oven.
I marinated boneless chicken breasts in Italian dressing,char grilled them on iron griddle,fresh peas and macaroni and cheese,had some pears ripening so I cooked them some and have a pear cobbler in the oven.
