Tonight we had stew beef with onions and mushrooms in gravy over rice and cooked carrots,I also made another salad of sliced cucumbers,onion and tomatoes with vinegar,oil, sugar and a little salt and pepper.
We had hamburger steaks with fries.

Tonight we had fried cubed pork, macaroni and cheese, fresh acre peas with snaps and cucumber,tomato and onion salad with vinegar,oil and a little sugar mixed and poured over.One of our favorite meals.

Tonight we had leftover spaghetti and meat sauce, salad and garlic toast.
Tonight we had chargrilled chicken,scalloped potatoes from a box,lettuce and tomato salad stirred in mayonnaise and leftover beets.

BakerAunt,Mike,Italiancook,Chocomouse and Kimbob.Thank you all and I really miss her so much but know she's better off.I called her every morning and after supper everyday and I miss that.If I didn't call her first she'd call me and I have this on my answering machine several times (15)when she couldn't get me. "Joan , this is your sister,where are ya?Call me when you can, I love ya".And yes I listen to it ,big smile for me!
I got peas and okra that was already cooked and frozen from the freezer,to that I added a tomato that I had sliced and diced up,some butter beans from last night and a can of okra corn and tomatoes that is mixed and added more sliced okra.I cooked that and it simmered till sorta thick soup and we had a grilled cheese on the side.
I made the small chocolate cake today and frosted with chocolate icing.Got my chocolate fix.
Last night we had leftover beef stew topped on rice,garden peas and carrots and buttermilk biscuits.
Tonight I fired up the smoker and smoked pork chops then BBQ sauced them up havily like we like them, with that I made fresh macaroni salad, green butter beans and sliced tomatoes.
