I made a batch of stuffed red peppers today.
I clicked on the wrong one by mistake and got it right.
It looks like I'm in the minority here who likes the bowl lift model. I bought it because I keep it and use it on the counter top which has overhead cabinets and I didn't want to be concerned about clearance for a tilt head.
I got lucky on this.
This afternoon I made my sandwich buns. Also made up a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough, portioned it out and froze it.
I pulled stuffed peppers from the freezer and roasted them, had it with a simple salad.
Ooooo, I knew this! I've done it too but honestly, it's not the best way to make eggs.
Looks like a clean sweep!
I made spaghetti with meat sauce.
I missed it too. Not a big fan of beets although the beet greens are a real treat.
A burger and mashed taters.
I don't know. The thing is, you can freeze them without blanching but you won't have any idea if there is any difference in the vitamins and other nutrients.
I had a stuffed red sweet pepper with some pasta and a salad.
I made a batch of stuffed red peppers. I think I make mine different from what most people do, I make meatball meat, stuff the peppers with the raw meat, then roast them. I roasted them upside down on a parchment covered wire rack for about 3/4 of the way so excess fat could drip off, then flipped them right side up to finish them. I also slice the peppers in half, down the middle, so each half gets a meatball. That way I don't have to be concerned about them falling over.
In spite of the heat, I made a batch of my sandwich buns.
