Omg! Thanks, Len. I was on looking for semolina and 00flour but they didn't have it. Bought the bread flour, whole wheat, yeast and the oil spray. Thanks for posting!
P s. They have yeastWow! Looks great, Mike. Besides a piece with butter that would make tasty french toast or bread pudding.
Joan, I could eat a hamburger every day. I love hamburgers! The only steak I like is filet mignon but would still rather have a nice juicy hamburger with a slice of raw onion, tomato, and a ton of ketchup. Lol hope you enjoyed your meal yesterday.
Filet mignon (the only steak worth eating) with bearnaise sauce.
Half recipe each of crispy chocolate chip cookies and chewy oatmeal cookies from The Fearless Baker book. Thick soft sugar cookies from a recipe I wrote up yrs ago.
Italiancook, yum!! I still have some kaf cinnamon chips but ordered more a while back from nuts.com because kaf didn't have them anymore. Don't you love how the house smells when it's baking? It's the little things...
Kaf cinnamon chip bread which I tweaked years ago using some white wheat flour. Someone on the baking circle sent it to Lews and I printed it out. It makes either a 2 lb or 1 1/2 pound loaf. Delicious!!!
Rottiedogs, that is so cool!! I never heard of that site. Wow. Thanks for posting. New toy to play with! π
Cheese enchiladas, enchilada sauce, refried beans, lettuce and alot of sour cream! Yum
There is a croissant with chocolate filling in the kaf whole wheat baking cookbook. I guess if all else fails, you can use that.
Bummer!
This is the first time I've ordered from schwans. Hamburgers, chicken cordon bleu, crab cakes, and some frozen veggies which are impossible to find at the grocery store. Got a catlg in the mail and figured, what the heck, give them a try. I didn't think the prices were that high. Saved me a trip to the store!
Making yogurt now. Angus burgers with cheddar and bacon for dinner. First time trying them from Schwans. Anyone hear of them?
