I had steak, slice tomatoes, and sautéed onions and strawberry Greek yogurt for dessert.

Nice looking pizza Len, I have thought about a small toaster oven but haven't gotten one yet.Tonight I had another cold plate.

I made lemon pie for the Poker game tomorrow night.Store bought graham cracker crust. It turned out looking good.

Mike my friend went to the same name food truck here last weekend and she said it was worth waiting in the heat for it. I'm having chicken salad, boiled eggs and sliced tomatoes for a cold plate tonight. I made the chicken salad with one of the rotisserie chicken breasts and added minced celery with mayonnaise and honey.

It's so hot and muggy here too BakerAunt , we've had rain but no way our air is going to be cutoff probably till November, don't even think about it .I know my electric bill is gonna be sky high but I'll be cool.

I had to go to Walmart today so I picked up rotisserie chicken and Amish potato salad so that was my supper tonight. Delicious.

I had purple potatoes for the first time a couple months ago pretty good BakerAunt. Tonight I had bacon and tomato sandwich , just right for the hot day again.

No cooking here it's 96* and feels like 106* so it's a Caesar chicken salad all premade for supper.

Coleslaw for the fish fry tonight. This was a precut slaw I was gifted so I chopped it finer with my processor and added the rest. of ingredients.
