I've made the dough ones from KA recipes and they turned out nice,that's been several years ago.I made the sourdough ones and made half a recipe and I got 15 -3 inch English muffins
Tonight we had chicken tenders,thickened potatoes and left over garden peas &
carrots.

BakerAunt I saved a recipe from Pioneer Woman for a Black bean burger,never tried it so I hope yours turns out good.And I don't know whats up with dry beans now but they take forever to cook,or mine does anyway.
No cooking here today just having a sandwich.Oh Mike I did buy some of the Genoa Salami and got them to shave it like you suggested and it's very good that way.

I've been baking in disposable pans for along time,I like the way they always brown up and get nice and brown better than some of my glass or metal pie pans.I do put it on a dark pizza pan but never have preheated the pan.
