I cooked a rutabaga,rice and gravy & fried cubed pork.
I made pizza dough this morning and had pizza tonight..sausage,pepperoni,onion,green peppers,banana peppers,black olives and mushroom,with cheese.
We had roast-n- gravy from the freezer over mashed potatoes and fried okra.
The baking here today was the fresh bread,I made rolls and with half I made 9 cinnamon rolls.My husband actually ate a roll.
I cooked chicken-n-dressing with giblet gravy,mixed greens,candid sweet potatoes,cranberry sauce,fresh rolls and with half of the dough I made 9 cinnamon rolls.Why wait for Thanksgiving.I had plenty left for another meal and I froze 2 qts. of dressing for later on.

I cooked chicken on top of stove with BBQ sauce for a gravy over mashed potatoes and garden peas.
My husband had BBQ plate from a local restaurant ,I had a hot dog.

I baked a sirloin tip roast in oven I first seared it on top added some dry onion soup pack and a can of golden mushroom soup baked it for 3 hours low and slow,very tender.With that we had mashed potatoes and garden peas.
I made cinnamon rolls today used the cinnamon bread recipe from KAF,I added 2 eggs and upped the sugar to a little over 1/4 cup,also subbed in a cup of milk for water.They came out beautiful,the dough was so soft.It made 12 cinnamon rolls fit in 9x12 pan.I kept 3 and gave the rest to my sister in law.
We had taco salad tonight.
I agree with BakerAunt your bread looks nice Mike.My cinnamon bread turned out well,it was KAF recipe with potato flakes I didn't have dry milk so I subbed all water for whole milk and added one egg,upped the cinnamon a tsp. ,the dough has the egg wash before rolling up and my swirl was nice,the taste is almost like cinnamon roll.I did have a small blow out on the side but that's ok with me.I shared with my sister in law so my loaf is almost gone.
Tonight we had fried cubed steak & gravy with rice and steamed cabbage.
Self rising flour has always been a staple in our house as was my mother's and grandmother's.We usually only made biscuits and hoe cake bread with it.And the shelf life has never been a problem.I also use this flour and season it up and keep in the fridge for coating any meat that I fry cube steak,pork,chicken etc.
I've got a loaf of cinnamon bread in oven KAF recipe I added an egg to the dough so we'll see tomorrow how it is.
