No cooking here today we had leftover salad from last night and I had a sandwich my husband had a baked sweet potato with his.
We had taco salad.
We had oyster stew.
We had hamburger steaks with onion gravy,mashed potatoes and pole beans.
I made meatloaf, stewed squash with onion and a baked sweet potato.

Today I fired up the smoker and smoked a chicken which I had cut in half,rubbed in a mixture of different spices brown sugar,chili powder,onion powder smoked paprika,salt and pepper.It turned out very good with enough for another meal.Baked beans and whole kernel corn was the sides.
We've had beautiful weather the last couple of days.
Only baking I did was corn bread for supper.
We had stew beef cooked with carrots, potatoes and onion and gravy over corn bread.
I made BBQ from the pork roast I had, coleslaw and fries.
We went out for prime rib, disappointed.
BakerAunt glad your rolls turned out and you got to use your Dutch oven.I have a couple iron ones and love,love them,they're just heavy.
We had a boneless chicken breast that I pounded out marinated in Italian dressing then cooked it on a very hot iron griddle,baked potato and salad.

I baked another sourdough loaf today and the crackers that I made up last week.I liked the crackers some was thicker than they should have been but overall I liked them the ones on the edge was crispier, I'll have to work on the thickness when rolling.
