BakerAunt glad your rolls turned out and you got to use your Dutch oven.I have a couple iron ones and love,love them,they're just heavy.
We had a boneless chicken breast that I pounded out marinated in Italian dressing then cooked it on a very hot iron griddle,baked potato and salad.
We had cubed steak in onion gravy over rice, leftover green butter beans and fried okra.

I baked another sourdough loaf today and the crackers that I made up last week.I liked the crackers some was thicker than they should have been but overall I liked them the ones on the edge was crispier, I'll have to work on the thickness when rolling.
We had hamburger steaks and home cut fries.

Today was my birthday # 66.Thank you Jesus for another year.
I made a pork roast in my enamel baker with carrots,onions and potatoes.Good and easy slow roasted all afternoon and have plenty for BBQ sandwiches later.
No birthday cake but I cooked the lemon cobbler and it was Ok for a quick dessert.
I baked a new recipe for lemon cobbler I saw on facebook.Was OK.
