Last night we had cubed steak,green butter beans and rice and tomato gravy.
I brined a half chicken and two thick pork chops for a couple hours.Then made a rub and put them on the smoker,with that I made baked beans,a baked sweeet potato and a salad.Enough left for a couple more meals and it was so tender and juicy.When I pulled the meat off the smoker after two hours then put it in a 9x12 pan and sprinkled it with vinegar lightly and sealed up with tinfoil put it in oven with beans to steam for half an hour and it made the pork chop meat fall off the bone tender.I did this to the chicken too and you cannot tell the vinegar is on the meat,I used white vinegar.
Simple here tonight,BLT's with home cut fries.

Tonight we had the rest of the smoked chicken,potato salad,deviled eggs and green beans.
Tonight I made Sloppy Joe that we had on top of mashed potatoes and a green salad on the side.
Today we had more of the smoked chicken reheated,with broccoli and cheese and potatoes I had cut like for potato salad then when they were done I added a spoonful of butter and a big spoonful of sour cream stirred up and made like a cream sauced potatoes.My husband didn't care for the potatoes but I did.
I'm gonna have to try those olive rolls chocomouse,I know they have to be good!

Tonight we had leftover pork tender loin,butter beans and fresh macaroni and cheese.
I'll put more plates at the table anytime and I've got a big grill so it'll hold a lot of chicken or whatever we eating!
Today I fired up the smoker and smoked a chicken that I cut in half,made a rub of brown sugar,onion powder,chili powder,paprika,cumin,salt,pepper,the chicken was so juicy after smoking.With this I made potato salad and baked beans.We'll have enough leftover chicken for a couple meals.
