Yep,we've all had some of them.
We had deer sausage, cooked cabbage and scalloped potatoes.
I made chili out of the leftover Philly steak meat it was good but my husband didn't eat any,he had soup from a can.I put the leftover chili in the freezer.
We had pork chops that I pan fried then made onion gravy and poured over chops then baked in oven awhile,. they were so tender, with that we had rice, buttermilk biscuits and I heated a can of okra, corn & tomatoes.
I bought a scale but I don't use it much, seems like more trouble to me.
We had chargrilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes and green beans.
I made the other half of the cake mix (lemon supreme) that my husband likes in a loaf pan and had the leftover icing lemon juice with powder sugar that I had refrigerated from last time so it all went fast.
We had spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic toast.
We had a breakfast for supper..Bacon,grits and eggs and I had one of the cheese muffins with mine.
I made the Kielbasa in tomato sauce over rice and with that I made a new recipe of cheese muffins and they were really good with sharp cheddar, and I didn't have grated parm so I shredded a little provolone ,made half the recipe and got 7 large muffins .Reminded me of the biscuits from Red Lobster but in muffin form.I posted the recipe site in the baking post.Click on the photo.
I made these today but did half a recipe and got 7 nice muffins,I didnât have a green onion so I grated about a tablespoon of sweet onion and for the smaller amount of cheese I subbed provolone for grated parmesan .They are wonderful.
