      Mahogany Chicken Wings

3 pounds chicken wings, split and tips discarded
      1/2 c soy sauce
      1/2 c honey
      1/4 c molasses
      2 Tbsp. chili sauce
      1 tsp. ground ginger
      2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Place chicken in a shallow, medium dish. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, molasses, chili sauce, ground ginger and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from sauce and arrange in a single layer in foil-lined baking dish. Broil on all sides till just lightly browned. Add 2-3 tsp. cornstarch to sauce and add back to chicken.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake chicken wings with sauce in the preheated oven approximately 40-45 minutes, brushing with remaining soy sauce mixture often and turning once, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
