I've been getting most of the questions right. As far as one of the other 2 plants also produce both herb and spice, I'm trying real hard not to give it away by making a joke....
You have to wonder though, are the eggs bad, or is the butter/margarine on the toast, the fats used to cook the eggs in, or the salted fatty meats that are often associated with an egg breakfast. If you have boiled or poached, you're not having any added fat to the eggs. It bothers me that no one has figured that out. I wonder if when those studies are made, when people are asked about their egg consumption, if they are asked about butter/margarine, bacon/ham/sausage consumption?

I made a rib eye steak tonight. Made some pasta, I had some left over tomato sauce, I put a few Shiitake mushrooms in it, it was real good.
I like Irish Soda Bread. I've only made it a few times and was not real happy with it.

I like baked mac and cheese. I don't have it often. And sometimes I will use the Kraft, but I will add more milk to it so it can stand up to baking and not come out dry.
Today I made chicken tostadas using a store bought rotisserie chicken. I had it with steamed asparagus and carrots and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was from the freezer, Amy's.
I pulled a couple of meatballs from the freezer, browned them in the convection oven and finished them in a cup of low sodium beef broth. Served them over pasta.
I'm not opposed to trying new things, but garlic in cake isn't something that sounds good to me. There are enough food items that go good with garlic.
Made a small boneless pork roast tonight.
Last night I had roast salmon. Tonight I made chicken tostados.

Yesterday I made rye burger buns. Today I made Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Rolls from KAF.
