I made hungarian cheese buns. I made pot cheese the day before for them. First time making them and they came out great. I've started baking again. Made beer bread, hamburger buns and black bread.
My mom died September 2024 at 92. My husband of 52 years died November 2025 after being in the hospital for 2 and a half months.
I'm just getting back into the swing of things.
Finally figured out how to resize and post pics.

What a great bunch of dinners! We had potato soup for lunch yesterday, shrimp stir fry for dinner and I made pizza for dinner tonight. I always use Shaboom's pizza dough recipe.

IDK. 6 cups of flour seems like a lot. Try taking a pic of the mold using Google lens and see if you get any hits.

Made pepper jelly with all the peppers my neighbor gave me from her garden. Gave her 4 jars. It was sweet, not hot. I had it on chicken and it was delicious.
