I was at friends today we had sausage and hotdogs on the grill.
I went to a fish fry today catfish and shrimp all was so good.
Navlys I've never brined a pork tenderloin but have thick pork chops.
I made brownies for the poker ♣️ game tonight.

Scott and BakerAunt stopped by for a visit and I enjoyed it so much!We had cake and they brought me jellies and a natural made wooden spoon which I love!Here's a few pictures

I baked a Sour cream pound cake today and baked it in two loaf pans one I'll cut tomorrow.
I had the last of the roast and veggies.
No cooking here today , my friend and I went out for Mexican food and it was delicious!Brought home half for later.
Tonight I had a fish sandwich and fruit.

It's cold here and getting really low for us tonight and the wind is bad! I had leftover pork roast and veggies.
I also had some blueberries that were not being ate so I cooked them down for a small jar of sorta jam to go on toast, biscuits or bagels.
I was going to try a new recipe for cookies but today has been long and I'm tired, so I made the lemon oatmeal cookies and I'm finished in the kitchen , they're for Poker ♥️ tomorrow night.
