Tonight I had more of the chicken noodle soup, thanks Len on my dishes from when we were married in 1971 still use what I have left today.I love green!
Navlys the pork sounds good. My husband loved for me to cook cubed pork because it's so tender but like you it makes a mess on the stove.Tonight I had a salami with tomato and provolone cheese sandwich and yogurt .
I made a small pot of chicken noodle soup will have enough for a couple more meals.

I had rotisserie chicken, sliced tomatoes and corn on the cob.

Thanks for all the comments on my trip! I went today with my cousin to pay the property taxes grrr.So while we were in town we had Mexican!
I have been so busy with my family but had a wonderful time in Texas. I got home yesterday afternoon and chilled out. I had to go get some groceries so tonight I had rotisserie chicken, salad and cheese sticks.
We had hamburgers today from a local restaurant my son likes, very good.,
Thank you BakerAunt on the sweet comments on my son, he's a great cook too. We are having a good time.
I love cookbooks but so many I've never cooked anything out of them, and I also have stacks of recipes hand written too,I need to sit down and go through them and get rid of clutter..
I made it to Texas and when my son picked me up he said he had pot roast with potatoes and carrots in gravy and rice to put it on,it was delicious.
