Tonight I had the rest of the Brunswick Stew.
Thanks BakerAunt, I used canola oil in the bread and I don't like it as much as with the butter.It has a nice texture and a good crumb.
I baked the loaf of sourdough and replaced oil for butter it's ok but I like the butter best.
Thank you Cwcdesign I'm trying another loaf tonight but subbing oil for the butter, we shall see.
Tonight I had bologna and cheese sandwich on the sourdough and a bowl of chicken noodle soup.Good and filling.Our cold weather is just getting here today and down to 23 in the morning.I sure don't like it , I can only imagine how you all deal with the snow wowzer.

Today I made Georgia Cornbread cake for the poker game and two more loaves of sourdough, one for a friend and one for me.
My son has gotten me hooked on avocado toast and eggs. I had sourdough toast with a whole avocado spread over with eggs on top and I chopped up a little red onion that was my idea and added hot sauce on top... delicious!
