My daughter in law is Greek and when I was there last year they made Greek cookies but were shaped like a small log then baked and dipped in a honey or sugar syrup.I think this is the same cookie, I'll get her recipe for you BakerAunt.Does this look like it to you?

Italiancook the article I read said the Blue Willow had been sold and new partners would reopen it.
I had turkey sandwich and chips for supper.
I looked at the orange cookie recipe I've never used cardamom or turmeric that's something I'll have to buy, but they sound good.
Italiancook I've never heard of the Blue Willow Inn but Googled it and it's suppose to reopen in 2025.I'm glad you liked the southern food and I love fried green tomatoes.I looked at the cook book online.
