Kimbob I cooked the sausage in my air fryer for 8 minutes on 400*.I didn't preheat it or flip them over, perfect.
I have learned so much from this group and appreciate each one!

Today I had corn on the cob, cucumbers with Ranch and yogurt. I have a big weekend planned so I'm going lite for the last couple of days.

Mike I like the way your 4th cookie baked up. I have cookie sheet pans that bake differently also.
Tomato sandwich, tapioca pudding and fruit.
I made homemade pork sausage for the first time and it's really good, happy me!Fresh pork sausage
1 pound ground pork
1/2- tsp.garlic powder
1/2-tsp.onion powder
1/2-tsp salt
1/2-tsp.black pepper
1/2 -tsp ground sage
1/2-tsp thyme
2-tsp. brown sugar and a few shakes of crushed red pepper. Mix all up and it's really good!

I had another tomato sandwich with yogurt.
Today I baked 2 loaves of banana bread, lemon oatmeal cookies and fudgy brownies from KAF.
None of this is impressive to me.
My cousin brought me some home grown tomatoes and I had tomato sandwich with yogurt.
At my friends today and we had corn dogs and chips.
Glad I made you smile Cwcdesign , Kimbob and Len it was Nutty Buddy ice cream cones and yes I had 2 or maybe three!!!! Damn it was good lol!
I did better tonight I had chicken salad , crackers and yogurt.
I ain't ever done this before but it was ice cream ...don't judge 🙂
