I baked the Chocolate Chip Peanut butter cookies that Kimbob posted last week and they were very good.I made a full batch and my husband took half to share with the owners of our neighborhood store.I scooped them with a 40 scoop and got about 36-40 bakery size cookies.They are better cold.
We had chicken salad sandwiches and soup.

I took some Mississippi pot roast from the freezer and heated it and we had that on hot dog buns with some mozzarella cheese on top and put it under broiler to melt cheese and heat the bun,I added steak sauce to mine it was very good.

Yes it's a favorite as neck bone and rice.I've had this and cooked many times.Tastes like eating a good pork chop.
No cooking here tonight I had a bologna and tomato sandwich and a glass of milk.Husband ate whatever he wanted.
I've used buttermilk that has been 2 months past expiration and it was ok.
