We had pan fried ham, broccoli and cheese sauce and a baked potato.

Your chocolate covered cherries sounds good Mike,I've never tried that but that 48 yr. old KA sounds amazing,you sure got your moneys worth in that one.

Tonight we had fried cubed pork,thickened potatoes and green Italian beans.

I heated up leftover smoked chicken,fried okra and macaroni and cheese.

I fired up the smoker and smoked a chicken ,I cut it right down the middle rubbed it with a mixture of brown sugar,garlic powder,onion powder,cumin,chili powder,paprika,salt, pepper and a dash of red pepper.I smoked it for two hours indirect heat then transferred it to a pan sealed good with foil and put it in the oven on around 300* for almost an hour.It was so good and moist,the bones almost fell out.With that we had leftover baked beans ,baked potato and sliced tomatoes.

Len I've forgotten to turn the eye on under a pan and realize it's just sitting there grrrr.I know where you're coming from.

Tonight I pan fried some ham,when that was cooked I pored in tomatoes to get the ham flavor to eat over rice and we had whole kernel corn.

Hey Patty/Toffee welcome back.The only rolls I've made near Outback bread was the Dark Soft Restaurant Rolls from KAF and they were Ok I didn't have caramel color but used a tad of molasses for color.Hope your bread turns out good.

I baked oatmeal cookie bars today.
