Len that chicken looks awesome and Cwcdesign you are so lucky to have Will in the kitchen with you!I would love to be able to visit in each others kitchen.
Tonight we had a fried porkchop with rice and tomato gravy and lima beans.
Today I made the Austrian Malt Bread and it turned out very nice looking.I made it this afternoon and baked so I won't cut it till later tonight or in the morning.It was about 4 and 1/2 inches high and after baking it was 25 oz. I made the one with 3 cups of flour for 8x4 pan.

Tonight we had taco salad I had mine rolled in a flour tortilla.
We had fried cubed pork,rice and tomato gravy with green beans and apple and banana salad mixed up with a little sugar and mayonnaise.
Cwcdesign there are lots of information and videos of sourdough making and baking on KAF site.
Aaron the Amish dinner rolls are great also from KAF.
Only baking did today was a small pan of cornbread.
Tonight we had a fried pork chop, mustard greens, potato salad and corn bread.
We went grocery shopping today Target and Publix so it was easy tonight we had hamburger steak,french fries and green salad.
I made 2 loaves of banana bread today.
I've never stuck them to the metal and the bristles do not come out.
I have an old brush that came with BBQ sauce I never used except for buttering bread or greasing the pans,it's has worn well.I have a couple paint brushes my husband got me one was a Corona and one was a Purdy they work well for me and when washed I store as Mike does up in a jar on the counter.I know they're not pastry brushes but they do the work.
I made a loaf of cinnamon bread today from KAF I added an egg and didn't have dry milk so I subbed all fresh milk for the water. My loaf turned out really well and the swirl was perfect,I had 2 slices for my snack tonight.
Len I love leftovers too.We had leftover roast beef-n-gravy over fresh mashed potatoes and leftover garden peas and carrots.
Italian cook I have a cousin that has a new home and are waiting on appliances also.
