Today I had 2 small bananas for banana bread so I added some coconut I needed to use up and a half cup of Hershey's special dark cocoa and made 16 nice size muffins.I'm not icing these as they are good as is.
I took some Brunswick stew from freezer, it was good on this cool rainy day.
We had ham fried rice with bread -n-butter.

We had hamburger steaks,fries and lettuce and tomato salad stirred up with mayonnaise.
Today I made cinnamon rolls,used the cinnamon bread recipe from KAF,didn't add potato flakes I subbed in a half cup of leftover mashed potatoes and added an egg.I had to add about 1/3 cup more flour,I ended up with 12 big cinnamon rolls in a 9x13 pan.I iced them with leftover icing that I had in the fridge.For the filling I just painted the surface with melted butter,added a light layer of brown sugar and sifted cinnamon all over and rolled it up.

Tonight we had pan fried cubed pork, green butter beans and a baked sweet potato.
We had taco salad.
I made the little chocolate cake one layer for my husband and a loaf of cinnamon bread KAf recipe for me.I shared my loaf with my SIL.It all turned out good I've had a couple slices of cinnamon toast for my snack tonight.
I love making the chocolate cake it's all in one bowl easy peasy.

Today I shredded some of the leftover chicken added BBQ sauce with a little broth and water we had this over mashed potatoes on top of toast and creamed corn.
