Tonight I grilled a boneless chicken breast that I marinated in oil,vinegar,garlic powder,onion powder,paprika,salt,pepper,a little sugar and Worcestershire sauce.I made a honey mustard sauce to go with it.We had carrots and thickened potatoes.
We had cubed steak with gravy,rice and scalloped cheese potatoes.
We had another chef salad using up lettuce and deli meats of turkey and ham,added cheese,boiled eggs and tomato,husband had a baked potato to go with his.
BakerAunt I agree with you on leftovers, love them. Tonight we had all leftovers of roast beef-n-gravy, over rice, black eyed peas and corn bread.

Italiancook I love the Classic sandwich bread and I like to sub 1 cup of whole wheat for 1 of the white.

I made pizza crust this morning and I had pizza,hubby fixed for himself..cereal.

The peach cobbler was good,cooking the peaches softened them and boosted the flavor.
We had roast beef and gravy from the freezer had that over mashed potatoes and black eyed peas.I had bought some frozen sliced peaches for a cobbler but after defrosting they are hard and not much flavor so I'm cooking them a little before I make the cobbler.
Happy New Years to everyone.Our neighbors do a big fireworks so we'll be up sitting outside and enjoying.My prayers are for a better year also.

Tonight we're having corned beef out of the can with a onion gravy over mashed potatoes and creamed corn.
