I enjoyed watching the video Mike.I agree Chocomouse the fantail rolls are easier.
No cooking here tonight,we went to a local restaurant and had beef tips mine was with mushrooms and gravy,husbands was with peppers and onions,we had baked potato and salad to go with it.All good.

We had fried cubed pork,I cooked some dry lima beans with ham chunks,fried corn bread patties like pancakes and with that we had leftover potato salad.
Amazing!
We had chicken tenders,baked sweet potato,creamed corn and a green salad.
Mike the macaroni and cheese was a separate side.
When I worked at Shoney's years ago we had a cabbage beef soup that I loved.It had ground beef,onions ,tomatoes,kidney beans,cabbage and lots of seasonings.
I made cabbage and canned corn beef with macaroni and cheese with corn bread,it was delicious to me,asked my husband what he thought he said "well lets not have it again till St.Patrick's Day next year" lol.

Today I baked corn bread to go with supper and I also baked Cinnamon raisin bread that's braided from Jennycancook.I went right by recipe and it was very easy had to add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup extra flour,I've tried it and give it a thumbs up ,gave half to my sister in law.The recipe called for a pkg. of yeast but I only added 2 tsp,thought about using less but it all came out very nice.Almost like eating a cinnamon roll it has an icing drizzle so I will not be putting it in the toaster.
Tonight we had hamburger steaks with fries and a green salad.
