I'll be heating up leftover roast and gravy from last week,fresh mashed potatoes and fried okra.

My husband requested chocolate chip cookies tonight after supper so that's our snack tonight,I made the Toll House Recipe,very good.I baked a dozen and rolled the rest of the dough in a log for later on.
Italiancook that's what I do sometimes as I did last week and the banana bread turns out almost like a brownie,better the next day.

It's warm here too Mike.We had the ac on for a couple of weeks,then the Easter snap of cool weather,heat on a couple days now back to ac.We'll be in the high 80's most of this week.
We just had hotdogs and coleslaw for supper.
My friend gave me a recipe for 2 egg whites to make cookies,very good and tender cookies.It uses egg whites,sugar and chopped pecans,very good.
I made banana bread today had 4 bananas needed to use so I made two loaves,Gave one to my SIL and for my loaf I added in some Hershey's cocoa, peanut butter chips and some coconut that needed to be used.I'll see how it tastes later.
Tonight we had fried chicken,macaroni and cheese and leftover green butter beans.
