Tonight we had fried pork chops,leftover white acre peas and creamed corn and sliced tomatoes.

We had taco salad.

We had cubed steak,steamed cabbage and macaroni and cheese and leftover corn bread.

Mike we've had our feeders out for several months and they are busy.We have three feeders and I use the same recipe for the nectar too.Sometimes we've seen as many as 14 hummingbirds flying around and going up in the cedar tree where we hang our on the bottom limbs.We watch them fight each other off to hog the feeder.Love watching them and can hear the fluttering.They'll go up in the tree and sit and come back down.We have to clean and fill them every other day.It's amazing to watch them.

Tonight was BLT'S and fries.It's hot here,It's 7:08 PM and 90 *-F.

Thanks BakerAunt about my sister,she really enjoyed the visit as I did too.The doctor is giving her something to bring her heartrate down and she told me today she felt better.

I combined leftover meat sauce and a dab of taco meat together we had that over mashed potatoes and green beans on the side.I also made a churn of fresh peach ice cream and it was so good.We dished up some and shared with friends down the road.

I made hamburger steaks and fries last night.

I went to visit my sister yesterday she's in a nursing -rehab home for a bit hoping she can regain some strength.Not looking good as her COPD is very bad.She is on oxygen 24-7 and yesterday just walking in her room 5 ft. she couldn't hardly go.Very sad.

Tonight I made a hamburger and tomato type sauce added onion and seasonings we had that on top of mashed potatoes and a side of fried okra.

I made sugar cookies today to take to my sister tomorrow.

When I worked at Shoney's we had a fantastic New York Cheese Cake and we kept it in the freezer until we needed one for the pie case,yes Mike is right.

We had buttermilk pancakes and sausage.

We went out to a local seafood restaurant for grouper and was sorely disappointed again.

Last night we had fries and taco burgers.

Last night we had char grilled chicken breast that I pounded thinner and marinated in Italian dressing,broccoli and cheese sauce with candied sweet potatoes.

Janiebakes we love the beef stew over corn bread.My corn bread is usually about an inch and a half thick and I like to split it open and put it on top and add Louisiana hot sauce on top.
