I made my friend a Red Velvet cake and I made an orange coffee cake for me.The recipe was for a loaf pan but I made it round.

I had the rest of the pizza last night , the cheese was fresh mozzarella . That is the first time I've ever used fresh mozzarella .It was really good.Thank you all for the comments..

Today I made a Red Velvet cake for the poker game tomorrow night. I've not made it in a long time so we will see tomorrow night.And I put parchment paper on my cooling rack and the cake didn't stick, yay!

BakerAunt I used canola oil but thought that was a lot one cup. I will try them again cutting way back.
